Privacy policy
This policy explains what BizJump Start LLP collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
What you type into this website, and two things the form records for itself. Into the two enquiry forms: your name, company or institution, role, email address, phone number, website, location, business stage, market of interest and the description of your commercial challenge. Into the Commercialization Score: the answers and business details described below.
Recorded automatically with a submission: which page of this site you sent it from, and the date and time it arrived. Nothing else about you is collected by this website — no cookies, no analytics, no tracking, and no request to anyone else’s server.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to carry out the engagement. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
The Commercialization Score
When you complete the Commercialization Score, your answers, the details you give about your business and the calculated result are stored by BizJump Start without your contact details, so that we can review how businesses score. Your name, email and phone number are collected only if you choose to send us your result, and only with your consent.
If you ask for the PDF report, we also store the name, mobile number and email address you give, together with your result, and send them to BizJump Start LLP so that we can follow up. That is what the consent box on that form covers. Asking for the report by email sends a copy to the address you give and nowhere else.
The score is a self-assessment based on your own answers. It is not financial, legal or investment advice.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies at all — not for advertising, not for analytics, not for preferences. It also makes no requests to any third party: fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from this domain, so no other company receives your IP address or learns that you visited. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a banner.
The spam check on the forms is ours: a question answered on this site, with nothing loaded from, and nothing reported to, anyone else.
Two conveniences use your browser’s own storage instead, and neither is used for tracking: the enquiry forms keep an unsent draft on your device, and the Commercialization Score keeps your in-progress answers for as long as the tab is open, so a refresh does not lose them.
If analytics is added later, this section will be updated before it goes live and a consent control will be provided where the law requires one.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and there is no legal reason to retain it, we will.
Who else sees it
Submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Vercel, and, where email delivery is used, sent through our email provider; both act only on our instructions.
Enquiries are handled by BizJump Start LLP. Where an engagement requires a specialist partner — for example regulated legal or tax work — your details are shared only with your knowledge and agreement.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to daksh [at] bizjumpstart.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.
