Platforms
We run engagements the same way twice.
Most advisory work is bespoke, which is a polite way of saying it is rebuilt from scratch every time and priced accordingly. Our recurring engagements are built as platforms: a defined shape, a defined sequence, and a defined thing you get at the end.
BizJump Start Passport
Shared-cost international market validation. Assess the market, map the buyers, sit in the meetings, and come back with an entry decision instead of an impression.

For a small number of businesses where we take on commercialization, partnerships and market development as a working partner rather than an adviser.

Two being built.
Commercialization Program. The full Assess → Identify → Commercialize → Validate → Scale sequence, run either for a single company or for an institutional cohort. Currently delivered as bespoke engagements while the structure is proven.
BizJump Start Launchpad. Physical and partner-led landing infrastructure for businesses entering a new market, with Navsari as the South Gujarat node. This is commercialization infrastructure, not a coworking business, and it will only be published once there is something real to describe.
Why platforms
Because you should know what you are buying.
A defined shape protects both sides.
You know what happens, in what order, and what you are holding at the end. We know what we are accountable for and can price it honestly rather than by the hour. And because the same sequence has been run before, the failure points are already known — which is most of the value.
Where a business genuinely does not fit a platform, we say so and scope the work properly instead of forcing it into one.
Not sure which platform fits?
Describe the business and the market. We will tell you which one applies, or whether neither does.
